Hey, I'm Ryan,
AI Architect
and builder.
I spent years in product management — at Prologis, Hagerty, and a handful of startups — before I went all-in on AI. Not as a user. As an architect. I design the systems, the agents, the memory layers, and the pipelines.
I was laid off in a corporate restructuring in 2024. Instead of finding another job, I decided to build. What started as curiosity about LLMs became a full-time obsession with autonomous systems. Today I run two AI-native businesses and document every step of the build.

My Expertise
AI Architecture & Agent Design
Build first. Multi-agent systems with named agents, distinct roles, memory layers, and recursive learning. I built a 7-agent matrix for Logoclothz that runs daily with no manual intervention.
LLM Integration & Orchestration
Connect everything. GPT-4, Claude, Gemini — integrated and orchestrated across business workflows with structured outputs, tool use, and cost controls baked in.
E-Commerce Automation
AI-native retail. Logoclothz handles customer service, content, SEO, social, and order management through an automated AI pipeline — built from scratch.
Technical SEO & Schema Systems
Rank with structure. JSON-LD, semantic HTML, sitemap automation, and content pipelines built for search engines and LLM indexing — not just keyword stuffing.
Workflow & Process Automation
Remove the bottleneck. Map manual processes, replace them with automated pipelines. From ingest to output, with human review only where it genuinely matters.
AI Strategy for Small Business
Practical, not theoretical. Through Ready, Plan, Grow!, I help founders deploy AI that replaces real manual work — not just chatbots and summaries.
The agents I've built
Each agent has a name, a role, and a defined scope. This is not a collection of prompts — it is a functioning system.
Scarlett — Orchestrator
The central intelligence. Coordinates all agents across Ready, Plan, Grow! and routes tasks to the right specialist.
Morpheus — Logoclothz Matrix
Runs the Logoclothz AI matrix. Oversees Neo, Tank, Link, Ghost, and Agent Smith — the full e-commerce automation stack.
Ghost — Content Engine
Claude-powered content agent. Reads from a live knowledge base before every generation call. Produces SEO-optimized blog posts and product descriptions.
Trinity — General Intelligence
Ryan's go-to agent for research, analysis, and cross-project work. Handles tasks that don't fit neatly into a single silo.
